Srv250 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the srv250 platform, which are binding on all registered users. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This document is subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any of the services provided by srv250 through our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.
Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for using the srv250 platform. Users who are below the minimum age required by local law are strictly prohibited from registering or using this service. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful under the laws in force in your location.
- These terms are binding on all registered users without exception.
- Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Srv250 reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on srv250. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without payment of any outstanding balance. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. srv250 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.
An srv250 account is for the personal use of the account holder only and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have promptly reported a compromised account to srv250's support team. You must notify srv250 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Srv250 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your password with anyone.
3. Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Srv250 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Game manipulation, fraud, or any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Creating fake accounts, using another person's identity, or providing misleading information during registration.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively towards other users or srv250 support staff.
- Distributing harmful content, viruses, or malicious code through the platform.
Srv250 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of breaching these rules, including reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the srv250 platform are processed in Malaysian currency (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their accounts are from legitimate sources that comply with Malaysian law.
Deposits
Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the platform, including GrabPay and DuitNow. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set and displayed in the payment interface. srv250 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to an account verified as belonging to the registered srv250 account holder. srv250 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for security and legal compliance purposes. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's help section and may vary depending on the method chosen.
Transaction Accuracy
Users are responsible for reviewing all transaction details before confirming. Once a transaction has been confirmed, it cannot be reversed. Should there be any error or discrepancy in a transaction record, users must contact srv250 support within a reasonable timeframe with the relevant supporting evidence.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The srv250 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to maintain the platform's usability and availability at all times, srv250 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or delays.
Srv250 is not liable for any financial losses, data loss, missed profits, or any indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, system maintenance, or temporary downtime due to circumstances beyond our control.
Users acknowledge that all betting and participation in games carries financial risk. Betting outcomes are final, and srv250 accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of those outcomes.
6. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Srv250 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is sufficient reason to do so, including but not limited to:
- Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Fraud, manipulation, or suspicious behaviour.
- Request by legal authorities.
- Inability to verify the user's identity.
- Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with the established policy.
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting srv250 support. For accounts closed at the user's request, any valid balance will be returned once all checks are complete. For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, srv250 reserves the right to withhold the balance at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the srv250 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, interface design, and brand names — is the property of srv250 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or use any such content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of srv250.
Third-Party Links
The srv250 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. srv250 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services and accepts no responsibility for them. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
Amendments & Governing Law
Srv250 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via notices displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by srv250, and where necessary, through the appropriate arbitration body or court.
